All services are conducted in accordance with Florida law and applicable regulations.

Client Responsibilities 

Clients must provide:

• Valid, unexpired identification

• Accurate information for all documents

Remote notarization requires:

• A secure internet connection

• A functioning device with audio and video

• Compliance with identity verification procedures

Failure to meet these requirements may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

Limitations 

Signed by Sara Lynn is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. 

We do not guarantee the acceptance of any notarized document by third parties, agencies, or institutions. Clients are responsible for confirming document requirements before scheduling.

Scheduling & Cancellation 

Appointments may be scheduled online or by request. 

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $20–$50 flat fee or 25–50% of the service cost, depending on the appointment type.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency.

• After‑hours appointments are available by request and may include additional fees.
